If we set a consultation you will need to locate and bring with you the following documents: all communications (emails, correspondence, etc.) concerning your case; contracts or offer letters; termination letter or separation notice; any employee handbook or policy manual provided by your employer; any documents reflecting your job description; written job evaluations from the employer; written disciplinary actions from the employer; and any other documents relevant to your case.
Prepare a list the names and contact information of your co-workers who would be willing to talk to our office about what happened to you. Also, other current or past employees who observed or experienced similar problems as you have. Friends and family who know how this has effected you.
